My name is Tommy and I was born in 1983 in Surabaya, Indonesia. I currently live in Perth, Western Australia. I moved to Perth when I was 15 just graduated from SMP 3 (Year 9). I started Year 10 in Perth and lived in boarding house at Aquinas College. And wow, what a totally different life that was. I still remembered that despite I was 15 years old, my very first night in the boarding house I couldn’t sleep and in fact, I cried. I really missed my home. I have never lived overseas so that was really a rude awakening.

It took few days before I finally settled. I’ll tell you more about it on another post.

Long story short, since then, I really love Perth and never look back. Despite living cost that is high and all, I still prefer living in Perth compared to Indonesia somehow. I currently work as an IT Consultant (I’ve been doing this for over 20 years now) and I also run a property buyers agency business called Easy Buyer’s Agent (https://easybuyer.com.au). Kami is my only son, and together with my wife, I have all that I need in this life.

I love cycling, playing padel, writing software program and play music. I am able to sing and play 5 musical instruments. Music is a very important aspect of my life.
